The BOTY Sessions at the Architect Show feature a series of talks dedicated to Greek architectural projects nominated for Building of the Year. Throughout the discussions, the architects present the ideas, design approaches, and inspiration behind their work, addressing an audience that truly values and actively supports architectural creativity.

Rena Sakellaridou, founding partner of SPARCH, presents the eLement project in Maroussi, a contemporary office building that emphasizes sustainability and user comfort.
The design features a bioclimatic façade with vertical shading elements that control solar radiation and reduce energy consumption. The building incorporates green terraces and open spaces, promoting a healthy and high-quality working environment.

Patricia Fakiolaki, design leader and architect at Block722, presents the Viglostasi Residence in Syros, a private holiday home completed in 2023 that integrates harmoniously into its natural surroundings.
The design draws inspiration from traditional Greek island architecture, featuring minimalist, low-lying volumes. It emphasizes a seamless indoor–outdoor experience, with terraces, gardens, and a 25-meter infinity pool offering panoramic sea views.
