The Architect Show-BOTY Session B

Rena Sakellaridou, founding partner of SPARCH, presents the eLement project in Maroussi, a contemporary office building that emphasizes sustainability and user comfort.
The design features a bioclimatic façade with vertical shading elements that control solar radiation and reduce energy consumption. The building incorporates green terraces and open spaces, promoting a healthy and high-quality working environment.

The Architect Show-BOTY Session B

Konstantinos Labrinopoulos, founder and principal architect of KLab Architecture, presents the Aloof Houses project in Voula, a work that redefines urban living.
The project vertically organizes three independent villas within a metal structure, creating a new residential typology. Each home features large voids and atriums that function as covered gardens, enhancing privacy while integrating nature into the living spaces.

Iliana Kerestetzi, founder of MOLD Architects, presents the HOMA project in Vagia, a composition of three independent accommodations defined by a subterranean design approach that integrates into the natural landscape.
The project employs materials such as earthen plasters, concrete, and wood, forming a solid, almost monolithic architectural expression. Subtracted volumes shape courtyards, pools, and staircases, allowing the building to coexist seamlessly with its natural surroundings.

Yiorgos Spiridonos, co-founder of React Architects, presents the Triangle House project in Paros, a residence that integrates harmoniously into the landscape through its triangular geometry and landscape design.
The project is organized into three volumes that surround a central courtyard, maximizing natural light and ventilation. The use of local materials and a sustainable design approach strengthens the connection between the residence and its natural surroundings.
