The Architect Show 2021 marked the dynamic re-emergence of the architectural community following a period of extended and enforced pause, re-establishing itself as a vibrant forum for professional exchange, market insight, and networking. The event brought together more than 110 exhibitors and 3,500 visitors at Metropolitan Expo, while a rich program of over 60 talks introduced contemporary trends and forward-thinking approaches in architecture and design. An undisputed highlight was the collaboration with ArchDaily and Architonic, featuring a dedicated installation of the ArchDaily Building of the Year 2021 Awards. The presentation foregrounded distinguished projects by prominent Greek and international practices such as K-Studio, KAAF, Divercity Architects, as well as Foster + Partners, Heatherwick Studio, MVRDV, Álvaro Siza Vieira, and Studio Anna Heringer, further solidifying the exhibition’s standing as a touchstone for contemporary architectural discourse.
