| Ephemeral exhibition & Creative direction by
The Architect Show joined forces with Ciarmoli Queda Studio to revamp the essence and identity of the event. As designer and production of the Ephemeral exhibition named:
Camere con Vista: materials, innovation, design,
the essential spaces and forms of Ciarmoli and Queda seen as places of contemporary habitation where materials are the protagonists. At the heart a narrative course speaking the language of the contemporary.
The exhibition Camere con Vista has been commissioned by the Architect Show to Ciarmoli Queda Studio, which is also working on the rebranding of the event. Camere con vista is an exhibition-installation designed and curated by Studio Ciarmoli Queda in collaboration with Luun (lighting design) and Eva Papadimitriou (landscape design) which will be taking place as part of the Architect Show in Athens.
The concept of the exhibition takes the form of an interior design project in which materials take centre stage, creating, room after room, a sensory journey that examines the materials and their relationship with space from a visual and tactile point of view. The aim of the exhibition is to reflect on the relationship between avant-garde materials and design in terms of innovative architectural design. It is an invitation to architects, designers and sector professionals to explore new possibilities and go beyond the traditional confines of design. Six rooms, six locations where visitors can, room after room, explore different spaces in which materials cover surfaces or become elements of furnitecture, items of furniture specially designed by Studio Ciarmoli Queda with the aim of expanding the range of possible uses of the materials in an interweaving of architecture and furnishing. The exhibition will also present variations on the theme of materials in a space dedicated to material technology.
